The last few weeks have flown by. Sporting events have all ended in the last week. School is now over for the summer. It was a whirlwind of school events, the boys sport events and visitors over the last few weeks. We've enjoyed the company. We were a bit sad to say goodbye to the boys amazing teachers. But we are already enjoying and looking forward to the lackadaisical days of summer to enjoy a vacation, spend time with our friends and to relax. We are already enjoying the slow mornings and time with our sweet neighbors.
A visit from my friend Leigh
G learned how to ride his bike with no training wheels.
G and J's last Lacrosse practice for the season ended with a water balloon fight. G wasn't old enough to play on J's team. He asked the coach if he could during the first practice. It was for K-2nd graders. He did tell the coach "that he was as big as most kindergartners" during his polite request. The coach was amazing, and he let G practice with them.
J launching a balloon.
Their biggest fans. C's been surprisingly patient at the boys sporting events.
Memorial Day BBQ with family. Cousin Sheena with J and G. The Cozy Coupe was made for three kids all 45+ lbs each, eh?
Teaching Sheena about the piano.
James took G to the Boeing Aviation Day. J was sick and stayed home with C and I.
G finished up his soccer season. He loved it and was really into soccer.
I love this smile.
I finished knitting this cardigan for C.
I'm glad J is still not too old to bring his favorite stuffed animal friend, Ruffster to his soccer game.
C at G's soccer game. She seemed to like to track the team in action.
J had an awesome soccer coach. Thank you coach Shawna.
Everyone deserves a green cupcake after a well played soccer season.
J and a few classmates at the Woodland Park Zoo trip.I was glad that I got to go to help and spend time with J. We both had a blast.
My sweet Mom came up to visit us all one day.
She helped J transplant his rose bush he picked out at QFC.
G and J making teacher thank you cards. We were so blessed by their wonderful teachers this year.
C and I went to volunteer at J's field day. He had a blast with friends. And I had fun helping and spending time with him.
G about to begin the ride home from preschool on mismatch day. He picked out his outfit by himself for the occasion.
Cute pic of C at eleven months.
She pushes stepping stools and toys throughout the house. We've got a pre-walker. She does small side steps along the couch, coffee table, etc. Its funny where she leaves items when she's done pushing them around.
My Dad, G and J after G's preschool program. I'll have to try to upload my favorite video of one of the songs.
Us with my Dad.
My Dad and C. I think she's saying it has been a long evening for her.
Sometimes the boys leave our pantry door wide open. Upon several times C has crawled in the pantry and fed Thomas Pringles. (The boys forget to put the lid on the Pringles of course.) C laughs as Thomas crunches them up in his mouth. It makes me laugh. Thomas certainly loves it and closely follows her into the pantry.
Snuggles with Dad.
C rattles the gate at the bottom of the stairs. She wants to follow her brothers.
