James turned four last Sunday, and for the last few weeks we have been celebrating. It has been a month of birthday fiestas for him. We had a birthday party with his friends and their parents (who most of them are good friends of husband James and I) at Young Chef's Academy (a cooking place for children in the area of Ghent in Norfolk). James was able to celebrate his birthday with his class at school with cupcake decorating. Last Sunday, on the day to truly celebrate 4 years of his life, we enjoyed it as a family by going to Chuck E Cheese's for lunch and then enjoyed cake and ice cream at home that evening. The presents and cards he has received in the mail this month are appreciated. James loves getting mail. I can not even express the joy and the blessing of James in our lives. Here is to the amazing experience of four years with one of the most wonderful person I have ever known. James' curiosity, energy and the time that I get to spend with him everyday is amazing. To many more years of growth, learning, development and time spent with our sweet son James, and Gabriel also!
I can't believe your little James is FOUR!!! I still remember so vividly how cute I thought Eric was holding newborn James. Good work on the cake, it turned out really nicely.
