Here are some pictures from the baby shower my friend Crissy threw for me in Summerville.
It was in a side room at my favorite authentic Italian Restaurant The Red Pepper.
My friend Sara and the cute onsies for baby Steele.
An adorable outfit from my friend Christine.
Baby shower gifts.
My friend Alli and I.
A side profile picture. With ten weeks to go I am more robust in the mid-section now!
My sweet friend Terri and I! How I miss her and her boys!
My friend Christine and I.
Shannon, myself and Crissy!
My friend Sue and I. You can't tell in this photo, but Sue was at the end of her pregnancy in this picture. Her and Troy gave birth to a sweet healthy baby girl four weeks later.
My friend Sara along with being a mother to two boys, is an editor and writer, and has a small floral business. Sara did the flowers as part of her gift to me. Sara and I met the first time I lived in the Charleston area, and she is a true gem! I love this lady!
The pillowcase dress that Crissy made for baby Steele. Crissy also made a nursing cover and adorable baby shoes with the same material as the dress. So talented and thoughtful!
A pillowcase dress made by my friend Katrina. She has a small business where she sells girls dresses, boys ties, girl hats, skirts and headbands that she makes! Talented and patient. Her items are gorgeous! She also made a cute baby hat for baby Steele.
Sara got these large flowers from Terri's tulip tree. I adore these flowers, and was lucky that the Charleston area has an early spring blooming season.
Back left row from left to right: Sara, Sue, Michaela, Lauren, Katrina, and Christine. Front row from left to right: Crissy, myself, Laura, Terri and Shannon. Not pictured: Hollie and Alli (Hollie left early with her tired baby, and Alli left early to get home before the start of her daughter's b-day party).
I am so blessed to have made wonderful friends, and to have ones who are so supportive of me and baby Steele! Another huge thank you again to all of you for coming to the shower and for all the wonderful gifts!

so sweet and thoughtful of your friends.
